Delivery of Services
Photography
All Clients will have the opportunity to review the RAW batches from their photo shoots. Once Clients have selected up to the maximum amount of photos agreed in the photography package, JWMP will edit those photos and share with the Clients via a private link. When the Clients approve of the edits, and when the full compensation for the images has been received by JWMP, a member of JWMP will share a temporary Google Drive folder, in which Clients will be able to download their final edited images. The downloadable link will be available for a period of at least 14 days from the completion of the project. After 14 days, JWMP has the right to remove the folders containing the Clients’ work (including all forms of media) from the Google Drive.
Videography
After the Client’s video(s) have been created, JWMP will upload the final product to our Google Drive for review. The Client will only have ‘viewer’ permissions at this point. However, once approved, and once the full compensation for the video has been received by JWMP, we will share a temporary Google Drive folder, in which Clients will be able to download their finished video. The downloadable link will be available for a period of at least 14 days from the completion of the project. After 14 days, JWMP has the right to remove the folders containing the Clients’ work (including all forms of media) from the Google Drive.
Graphic Design
In the same manner as our photography service, JWMP will upload the Client’s final graphics to a private link for the Clients to review. Once approved by the Clients, and when the full compensation for the images has been received by JWMP, we will share a temporary Google Drive folder, in which Client will be able to download their final edited graphics. The downloadable link will be available for a period of at least 14 days from the completion of the project. After 14 days, JWMP has the right to remove the folders containing the Clients’ work (including all forms of media) from the Google Drive.
Audio Design
After the completion of the Client’s audio design, JWMP will upload the audio file to our Site. The Client will have the opportunity to review all aspects of their audio design before the official completion of the project. Once approved, JWMP upload the audio track to Google Drive, where the Client will be able to download the audio file. The downloadable link will be available for a period of at least 14 days from the completion of the project. After 14 days, JWMP has the right to remove the folders containing the Clients’ work (including all forms of media) from the Google Drive.
